1.Marnus Labuschagne

Labuschagne has played mostly test cricket in his career so far. However, he is looking like a serious talent for Australia in the coming days. Many experts compare his playing style with his fellow team man Steve smith for his unorthodox batting stance.  

The 25 years old Queensland man has played only 14 test matches so far and scored 1459 runs with an incredible average of 63.43. While In odis, he has made 305 runs at a decent average just above 50. 

2.Liton Das

Liton Das struggled to find his feet in the initial stage of the career. However, he seems to find his right rhythm whenever he is promoted as an opener. 

His arrival in the Bangladesh top order has introduced dynamism that was missing for a long time. In addition to that, he seems to be a natural stroke maker who has lots of time in his game.

Liton Das has scored 1079 runs in one-day internationals with an average of 32.69. His strike rate is the most astonishing aspect of his batting.

In the shortest format of the game(T20Is) he has scored 636 runs with an strike rate of 135.03.

While in test cricket he is yet to show his potential. In his 20 appearances he has 859 runs at an average 26.03.

3.Mohammed Saifuddin

Mohammed Saifuddin already showed his potential as an all-rounder in the Bangladesh team in his brief tenure. Bangladesh cricket team was desperately looking for a pace-bowling all-rounder. He is looking to be the perfect guy to fill this place. Moreover, he has shown some skill with the new ball.  

In the 2019 world cup he was one of the Bangladesh top wicket takers and also played some decent knocks in the late middle order as well. 

So far, he has played 22 international matches. He has scored 290 runs at an average of 32.22 and has picked 31 wickets at an average of 31.35. 

In the T20I format, Saifuddin has claimed 14 wickets in 15 matches he has played. with the bat in hand, he has scored 108 runs with an average of 18.00.

4.Shreyas Iyer

His arrival has stabilized the India’s number four position in the batting order

Indian have been struggling to find a reliable player for the number four spot in the batting order. His emergence in the middle order has wonderfully solved the puzzle. He looks to have the perfect gear in his game that needs to be for this particular position. 

India needed someone reliable who could give company to captain Virat Kohli and steady the ship. However, he has not played a substantial amount of matches in his career, but still, he has been able to show his worth in the Indian middle order.

The Mumbai man has scored 748 runs in his career at an average of 49.86. More importantly, his strike rate is also above 100 as well. 

In T20Is, he has scored 417 runs with a decent strike of 129.50. While Shreyas Iyer has not made his test debut yet.

5.Avishka Fernando

After the retirement of batting genius likes of Mahela Jayawardena and Kumar Sangakkara Sri Lanka has struggled for a while to find someone who could make the difference.

However, the rise of Avishka Fernando has been very promising so far. His first real gig was the World cup 2019 and he proved his worth by scoring a hundred against the West Indies. Ever since then he looked a really good future prospect for the Sri Lankan team.

So far, in his 18 ODI’s he has scored 653 runs with an average of 36.27. Alongside that he has scored 2 centuries and 3 fifties in his career.
